Mining as a Service
We have essentially made professional Bitcoin mining available to passive income investors who do not have the resources or expertise to mine Bitcoin on a commercial scale. Without our facility (and our low power cost), engineers, and access to manufacturers, an individual who wants to mine Bitcoin would find it very difficult to do so profitably. Hence, the term “Mining As A Service”.
About my role
Custody over the mined Bitcoin
To enhance transparency and build trust between the business and its investors, I acted as the custodian for the mined Bitcoin. I provided weekly reports on total profit earnings and gave detailed transaction records, ensuring accountability and clear communication with investors.
Processing of payments
I managed cryptocurrency payments from investors for purchasing new mining equipment. For over a year, I manually handled BTC profit distributions to investors, affiliated influencers, and farm members, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Client support
II managed client concerns related to the farm, hardware, and ROI through email and direct chat, ensuring prompt and effective communication. I escalated potential legal issues to executives and collaborated with the engineering team to address hardware failures efficiently and on time.
Client portal management
I leveraged my operations experience to define UI and software architecture requirements for a client portal and backend admin panel. This solution offered clients an engaging, real-time view of their Bitcoin miners while mitigating financial risks for the business by automating profit payouts.
Miners troubleshooting
I followed up on reported client concerns regarding the TH performance of their Bitcoin miners by collaborating with on-site hardware engineers. I coordinated parts purchases and payments between clients and the service center, while also proposing cost-effective repair solutions for investors hesitant to spend additional capital.
Telegram group moderator
Managed and moderated a Telegram group chat, addressing client inquiries, providing updates on Bitcoin mining operations, resolving disputes, and fostering a positive, engaging community environment. Proactively identified and banned malicious users, such as scammers and bots, to ensure a secure and trustworthy space for all members.
